Revise the Recognition Certificate Fee

    The National Seed-related Committee allows the issue of Recognition Certificates as stated in the Seed Law under section 9, sub-section (a), indicating that any person wanting to produce or import new plant variety for commercial purposes shall apply for a recognition certificate in the following crop categories, with the fee to be paid under clause 9 (a).
